Rotation cycles- weekly, fortnightly, or custom are built into the system. Supervisors build the weekly roster in a drag-and-drop view, swap shifts in one click, and notify the team automatically.

No- and this is intentional. Every company on ZenflowHR gets its own private workspace on its own subdomain (yourcompany.zenflowhr.com). Your data is logically isolated from every other customer. Single sign-on means your team logs in once with their company credentials (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), but the data itself lives in a tenant that only your admins can access.

Most teams are live in under an hour. The setup has four steps- add your organisation structure, configure your leave and shift policies, import employees (via Excel or Google Workspace sync), and invite your team. We provide pre-built policy templates for Indian businesses so you are not starting from scratch. Larger teams with complex shift configurations typically go live within a day with help from our onboarding team- included on every plan.
